Welcome to Student Housing Village at Niagara County Community College! We are now accepting applications for the 2013 academic year. Apartments are going fast so apply today! Student Housing Village is located on the northeast corner of the beautiful and attractively landscaped campus of NCCC, and is equidistant from three major cities; Niagara Falls, Lockport, and North Tonawanda. The Campus consists of eight architecturally striking buildings, barrier free, and connected by both interior and exterior walkways. Three distinctive courtyards bring natural light to all parts of the campus and contribute to its open ambiance.

All rates are per person, per academic year. Rental rates include rent, heat, hot water, air conditioning, electricity, cable and high-speed internet.

What are the benefits of living on campus at the Student Housing Village?
Student Housing Village is a brand new state of the art student housing community that offers convenience, security, and amenities. When you live on campus, you'll be just steps from your classes. You'll save on gas. You'll have your own private fitness center. All your utilities, cable, internet, (both wired and WiFi) are included. You will also be able to take advantage of laundry facilities located on site.
Your name will be placed on the housing list, on a first come serve basis, when we receive your application and security deposit/administrative fee in the amount of $275. Applications are available on our website and can be submitted by mail with a check or you can complete the online application and pay with credit card.
You will receive a Student Housing License/Occupancy Agreement and the Housing Preference Information form to complete and return to us. You will also receive information about your room assignment, roommate(s), and move-in date later in the summer.
The security deposit/administrative fee is $275.00, of which $200.00 is refundable. You must submit a refund request in writing to be considered for a refund, and must be requested 60 days prior to your scheduled move-in date. Please refer to the Security Deposit/Administrative Fee Policy for additional information.
Housing payments are billed prior to each semester. For the fall semester, 30% of the semester payment is billed on or before June 19, payable upon receipt and due by July 12. The 70% balance is billed on or before September 1, payable upon receipt and due by October 4. For the spring semester, 30% of the semester is billed on or before November 20, payable upon receipt and due by December 6. The 70% balance is billed on or before March 1, 2013, payable upon receipt and due by February 1, 2013. You may choose to pay 100% by the respective semester due dates.
The first step in finding out if financial aid will cover your housing cost is to apply by completing the FAFSA form and submitting it as soon as possible. You should follow up with the Financial Aid Office at NCCC in person or by calling 716.614.6202. Yes. You and your selected roommates will need to indicate your selection on the apartment application form. After we receive your application and deposit, you will receive a Student Housing License/Occupancy Agreement and the Housing Preference Information where you will indicate your roommates selection. Preferences will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
You will receive roommate information as part of your confirmation letter. This letter will also indicate your scheduled move in date, and room assignment .
All apartments are completely furnished. Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard twin mattress with a boxed bed frame, desk, desk chair, dresser, small wardrobe closet, and window blinds. You should bring personal items such as bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, iron, alarm clock, computer, etc..
Residents are responsible for providing cleaning supplies, as well as keeping the apartment and their bedroom clean.
No pets are allowed.
